Stephanie Leathers is a real estate broker who lives and works in Athens, Georgia, USA, and Providenciales, Turks and Caicos, BWI. She graduated from the University of Georgia and received a law degree from the Cumberland School of Law, Birmingham, Alabama.

Stephanie completed the International Environmental Law program, at the University of Victoria, British Columbia, before accepting an appointment in Juneau, Alaska, with The Office of the Public Defender.

Upon her return to Athens, Stephanie practiced law and shifted to development and sales. Soon, as the number-one residential sales agent in Georgia, her one-year sales volume exceeded $42M.

Afterwards, Stephanie formed Chastain, Jenkins & Leathers, Athens #1 boutique real estate firm, whose sales volumes have finished top in the market for 14 consecutive years with Stephanie leading all sales in the condominium market.

In 2004, Stephanie sold the GAMEDAY Center, a mixed-use luxury sports hotel condominium property, in partnership with the University of Georgia Athletic Association. Stephanie single handedly sold the complete inventory of 133 residential condominiums and four commercial spaces prior to completion of the building, 98 condos sold before groundbreaking.

Stephanie’s next career milestone came in the development and sale of her family’s historic manufacturing facility, circa 1940, The Leathers Building. The historic property, an exemplarily repurposed iconic building, features 27,000 square feet of commercial restaurant, retail and office spaces, each sold before completion. Business owners love the retail and restaurant conveniences and proximity to Downtown, Athens, GA.

Today Stephanie is widely recognized as a residential and commercial condominium pre-sales and development authority. Among her growing accolades in real estate sales and development, Stephanie has sold the most expensive piece of property, per acre, to date, in Downtown Athens.

Beckoning to interest in environmental law, Stephanie’s outdoor spirit is, as friends know, a part of her. Recently, Stephanie sailed her 50’ yacht from Florida to the Turks and Caicos Islands (twice).
